Sam owned one community gym serving 40–60 members. He wanted to help more people but felt stuck and short on time. At a Chamber of Commerce meeting, a speaker asked who was coachable, committed, and willing to change, and Sam raised his hand and hired a one-on-one business coach. Two years later, he owns four gyms serving 160–200 clients a year, works about 30 hours a week, and volunteers 10 hours a week coaching high school strength and conditioning.
